4. COLLECTED INFORMATION

About the Site: “Site” is an online advertising portal / platform for businesses. Consequently, it is also an interactive, location based, business search platform for Users. A community and one-to-one chat facility (Chats Around) is also provided in the Site for interactions between Users and Businesses. Apart from this, a Whatsapp Chat feature is also integrated (in selected countries) for Users to interact with a business if that business has enabled the Whatsapp feature.

In order to provide Services to the Users, the Site requires access to User’s information. User will be providing the information to the Site depending on, one or more of the following purposes of User’s usage of the Site:

• If User is a visitor and intends to just search for a business or browse the Site, then he/she is not required to furnish any personal information, however Site will be required to access user’s geo-location to present him/her the offers based on user’s search or usage of the Site. For this purpose Site is using IP address based APIs to identify user’s location even if the user disallows sharing his / her geo-location to the Site.
• If the User would want to advertise his / her business; or Rate & Review a business; or add Comments to a business; or Like a business; or Report / Flag a business; then User needs to Login. Depending on the usage, User can login through either his/her Gmail or Facebook account or through User’s email ID or mobile number.

• When User signs in with Gmail or Facebook account, or otherwise connect to his/her Gmail or Facebook account with the Site, User consent to Our collection, storage, and use, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, of the information that User makes available to us through these accounts. This includes, without limitation, any information that you have made public through these accounts, information that these Services shares with us, or information that is disclosed during the sign-up and sign-in processes.
• If the User  choses to login through mobile number then he/she will be receiving an SMS from us containing the OTP (One Time Password) for the confirmation of User’s mobile number. This mobile number will be stored in our database and if user chooses, will be published on the Site too. This mobile number will act as a login ID for the user everytime he/she login to the Site. This mobile number / login ID can be changed by the user in the User account section after login to the Site.
• If the User  choses to login through Email ID then he/she will be receiving an email from us containing the OTP (One Time Password) for the confirmation of User’s Email ID. This email-ID will be stored in our database and if user chooses, will be published on the Site too. This email-ID will act as a login ID for the user everytime he/she login to the Site. This email ID / login ID can be changed by the user in the User account section after login to the Site.

• If the User would want to Rate & Review a business; or make Comments (or ask any query) to a business; or Like a business; or Report / Flag a business; or make comments in “Chats Around” section of the Site; then User would be adding appropriate remarks from his/her side, some of which will be visible on the Site, and all of which will be stored in our storage servers and may not be removed later.
• If the User wants to use the Whatsapp chat integration feature of the Site to interact with a business, then the remarks made by the Users or Businesses in Whatsapp chat must meet the Terms of the Site.
• If the User wants to advertise his/her business online, then he may need to further provide following information:

User’s Name and geo location; User’s business Geographical location; User’s business name; User’s Business Website; User’s Business Contact number; User’s picture, User’s business logo; User’s business information (like Business Name; Business Images; Business Advertising video; Business advertising text, Business opening and closing time, Business Categories, Business social media links etc.). All this information will be visible on the Site and will be stored in our storage servers.

• The User or Business information identified above may remain stored in our database even after user stops using the Site services or disables his / her business.
• We also collect certain information either when the User provides it using the Site or Services and/or automatically as the User navigates through the Site (which may include usage details, IP address, device ID and type, your browser type and language, the operating system used by the device, access times, and information collected through cookies, web beacons and other tracking technologies). User agrees that we may use such information to do internal research on Our Users ' demographics to better understand, protect and serve Our Users.
• We use data collection devices such as " cookies " on certain pages of the Site to help analyse our web page flow, measure promotional effectiveness, and promote trust and safety. Cookies are small files placed on your hard drive that assist us in providing our Services. We offer certain features that are only available using a cookie. Cookies can also help us provide information that is targeted to your interests.
• Users shall grant the Company a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license for content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos and videos (License). This License shall end when you delete your account unless your content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it. When you delete your account it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer. However, you understand that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period (but will not be available to others).
